Service terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Sambazah’s event discovery, free RSVP, organizer, and moderation services.
Effective August 13, 2026
Eligibility and accounts
Sambazah accounts are for people 18 or older. Adults may manage RSVPs for family members and guests. The adult is responsible for the RSVP and for supervising any minors in the party. Events may impose additional age or admission rules.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Available event modes
- Free listing: Sambazah publishes event information but does not collect a registration or guarantee admission.
- Sambazah RSVP: Sambazah records a free expression of attendance intent and gives the organizer an event roster. An RSVP is not a purchased ticket and does not guarantee admission when venue, safety, or organizer rules require otherwise.
- External registration: Sambazah links to a third-party site selected by the organizer. Registration, payment, refunds, entry credentials, and attendee support are handled outside Sambazah. See the External Registration Notice.
Sambazah paid checkout and managed ticketing are not currently offered. Do not send payment information to Sambazah or represent that Sambazah is processing an event payment.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the events and listings they submit, including:
- Accurate titles, dates, locations, pricing disclosures, capacity, and contact details.
- Authority to host or promote the event and to use all submitted images and content.
- Required permits, licenses, insurance, accessibility arrangements, and safety plans.
- Compliance with age restrictions, consumer protection, refund, tax, and other laws.
- Prompt updates, cancellations, and direct assistance to attendees when circumstances change.
Organization verification is a platform trust control, not an endorsement, insurance, background check, or guarantee that an event will occur as described.
Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wazazzi LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve Sambazah and the event you submitted. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal records, and prior authorized use.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, or inconsistent with our Community and Event-Content Guidelines.
Safety, moderation, and enforcement
We may investigate reports, request information, limit visibility, remove content, unpublish events, suspend features, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may preserve evidence and refer urgent or unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
Sambazah is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when anyone faces immediate danger.
Third-party services
Sambazah may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, and decisions apply to your use of those services. We do not control or endorse an external site merely by linking to it.
Service availability and changes
Features may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. We may set reasonable usage limits or change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will communicate material service changes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sambazah is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wazazzi LLC does not warrant that listings are complete, events are safe or available, organizers will perform, external sites will function, or an RSVP will secure admission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wazazzi LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Sambazah, an event, or an external service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, organizers agree to defend and indemnify Wazazzi LLCand its affiliates from third-party claims arising from their events, listings, submitted content, external registration arrangements, or violation of these Terms or law. This does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
Georgia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia. Before filing a claim, contact us at support@sambazah.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Sambazah changes. The revised version applies from its posted effective date. If a material change requires renewed agreement, we will request it before the affected use continues.
