Community and Event-Content Guidelines

• Authentic events, gatherings, and experiences relevant to the community.
• Clear, current information about dates, locations, admission, age limits, and hosts.
• Respectful celebration of cultures, communities, identities, and traditions.
• Images, names, logos, and descriptions you own or are authorized to use.

Do not use Sambazah to publish, promote, request, or facilitate:

• Fraud, impersonation, fabricated events, deceptive pricing, or misleading claims.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, hate, discrimination, or targeted humiliation.
• Violence, exploitation, human trafficking, illegal goods, or other unlawful activity.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Doxxing or disclosure of private contact, financial, health, or identity information.
• Malware, credential collection, unsafe links, spam, or manipulation of platform signals.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.

Sambazah accounts are for people 18 or older. Adults may manage RSVPs for family members and guests. Organizers must disclose event-specific age rules, alcohol service, mature subject matter, accessibility limitations, or other material attendance conditions. Sambazah account eligibility does not override venue, organizer, or legal age requirements.

Organizers must keep listings accurate and promptly update or cancel an event when plans change. Do not advertise one experience and deliver a materially different one. External registration links must be secure, public, and directly relevant to the listed event.

Use the event reporting control when available, or email support@sambazah.com with the event link and a concise description. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Sambazah is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.

Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Sambazah may ask for clarification, reduce distribution, add a warning, reject or unpublish an event, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or contact authorities. Verification does not exempt an organizer from review.

If you believe we made a mistake, email support@sambazah.com from the email associated with your account. Include the affected event or account and the reason you are requesting another review.
