External Registration Notice
Some Sambazah listings use an organizer-selected registration provider. This notice explains where Sambazah’s responsibility ends and what you should check before continuing.

Before you continue
- Check that the destination hostname shown on Sambazah is the site you expect.
- Confirm the browser shows a secure HTTPS connection.
- Review the organizer’s pricing, refund, cancellation, privacy, and admission terms.
- Contact the organizer or external provider before paying if anything is unclear.
- Never provide a password, security code, or unrelated credential to access an event link.
What Sambazah does and does not receive
Sambazah records that an external-registration link was selected so we can measure whether listings are useful. We do not server-fetch the destination and do not receive payment-card details, external account passwords, registration form responses, or refund requests you submit on the external site.
Problems with an external registration
For registration confirmation, payment, ticket delivery, refunds, charge disputes, entry, or event changes, contact the organizer and external provider first. Sambazah cannot modify their records or issue their refunds.
If a link appears deceptive, unsafe, unrelated, or broken, report the listing at support@sambazah.com and include the Sambazah event URL. We may review or unpublish the listing, but reporting it does not transfer responsibility for the external transaction to Sambazah.
